Pinc House

Pinc House, created by Stockholm-based design agency Pinc AB to offer more exciting high-quality alternatives to traditional housing options in Sweden, currently offers three lines: Sport, a low-slung, wood-clad house reminiscent of a weekend cottage available in a wide range of sizes; Black Barn, a modern rendition of the classic Viking longhouse available in three sizes; and Pacific, an International Style beach house complete with a rooftop terrace and spa. Pinc House uses both factory construction and on-site building depending on the type of house, site conditions, and degree of customization. It was awarded a 2005 Red Dot Design Award, an international juried competition, for best achievement in the category of architecture and interior design.
