Rocio Romero LLC

Rocio Romero formed her company to realize a high-end yet affordable modern home in 2003. The company has developed both the LV and LVL series of kit homes and is currently at work on other permutations of that series, including the LVL-150, which resists 150 mph winds and rests on a concrete slab; the LVG, which includes a garage; and the LVM, a small module that can be used as a studio, office, guest room, or pool house. Rocio Romero by Branstrator recently introduced two modern camping structures, the Fish Camp and the Base Camp, which utilize structural-insulated panels (SIP) that can be mounted and demounted by do-it-yourself enthusiasts. Romero received her bachelor’s degree in environmental design from the University of California at Berkeley and a master of architecture degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture.
